Process

Please allow at least one business day (Excluding Holidays) after cleared payment for your order to be processed and shipped. An email confirmation will be sent to you along with your order summary. Once item has shipped, you will be notified via email with a tracking number.

At this moment We will only allow a maximum of 8.00 lbs per order, which is about 2-3 Pairs of shoes in one total order. 

Returns/Refunds/Exchanges

We have a 30 day return policy upon the shipment receive date.

Please inquire with us prior to an exchange, any returns without consent will be held onto. There are too many incoming and out going packages to keep track of and may be refused.

 Any returned items without a return authorization will be refused and sent back. The buyer is responsible for their own return label, and will not be reimbursed for shipping.

In order for a refund to be granted they must fulfill the following criteria below:

1. All Merchandise must be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date.

2. All footwear must be returned double boxed and sent back in it's original state in which it came. *Double boxed as in the original shoe box and a cardboard box for shipping*

3. All products must still be new and unworn.

Please leave a copy of the Order Confirmation which was sent to you in your return or exchange, not having one could delay the process.
